Hello.  My name is Andrew Wetzel.  Welcome to my Real Estate BLOG!

I am a full-time Real Estate agent with Long and Foster in Pennsylvania.  I am also a REALTOR, an Associate Broker, an Ethics and continuing education Instructor, Co-Chair of Professional Standards at Tri-County Suburban REALTORS Association and a dispute resolution Mediator.  I have been  moving Sellers and Buyers since 1996.

My passion for Real Estate led to my writing blogs and recording podcasts.  I am pleased to be able to share my BLOGS on this platform.  I hope to take much of the mystery and confusion out of the process.  Selling OR buying Real Estate is NOT “rocket science” but it typically requires understanding some basics.
